If I were you, I would want to know if what this random dude on the internet knows what he is talking about. This page is the proof our strategy is working and our Net Worth is climbing. It also motivates us to keep going and holds us accountable every quarter.
If you are curious how we are able to do this, take a look at our Best of Apathy Ends page for detailed posts on increasing your income, investing, debt payoff and money saving strategies.
I will update this page every quarter after our Net Worth Update
Net Worth Growth
Below is a graph of our Net Worth Growth over the last 1 2 3 4 5………7 Quarters!
Up and to the right!
While we track and monitor our Net Worth, it is important to remember that we have a loooong way to go and the market could reek havoc on this chart at any time. We put more stock in our savings rate and hitting our yearly goals right now, but this is a great affirmation that our strategy is working.
Cash/Investment Growth
Below is a graph of our Cash/Investment Growth over the last 1 2 3 4 5………7 Quarters!
I like to look at Cash and Investments separated our from our total net worth as well. It shows the actual amount we will be working with outside the equity we built in our home. Crossed over the $100K Mark at the end of Q1 2017!
Non-Mortage Debt
Below is a graph of our Non-Mortgage Debt Domination over the last 1 2 3 4 5………7 Quarters!
All of our debt is under 5% so we primarily focus on investing any extra cash, but we still pump the occasional financial windfall into our debt and make double student loan payments every month. We are on track to be debt free in 2018! Think of what we will be able to do with an extra $1,400 every month!
Quarterly Updates
If you want some more detail, you can look through our quarterly updates below. I break down our investments, debt paydown progress and highlight big wins and losses over the previous quarter.
